Delete your account

Your data is yours

You can delete your Reset90 account and all your data at any time. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

From the app (fastest)

1. Open Reset90 and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm and tap “Delete permanently”.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address.
• Your profile and body data, goals and calendar.
• All your workouts, sets, cardio, weigh-ins, measurements and protein and macro logs.
• All your progress and motivation photos.

Our providers’ backups may retain data for a limited period, after which it is removed. Purchases and their billing records are kept by Apple and Google as required by law.

Without access to the app

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, request deletion here with your account email, or write to info@reset90.app from that address. We will reply to confirm your identity and delete it within 30 days at most.
