1. Who we are and what Reset90 is
Reset90 is a 90-day training and nutrition program offered by LCK Ecommerce SL (Tax ID B23827843) through a mobile and web app. By using it you accept these terms.
2. Purchase and lifetime access
The app is free to download. Full access is unlocked with a one-time payment through the App Store or Google Play. “Lifetime access” means access for as long as the app continues to be offered; we will give reasonable notice if we ever stop offering it. The launch price may increase in the future without affecting people who have already purchased. Payments, taxes and refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies; as a consumer you may also have statutory rights that are not affected.
3. Health notice
Reset90 is an informational training and nutrition tool. It is not medical advice and does not replace a healthcare professional. Calories, macros, body-fat estimates and goals are indicative and based on standard formulas. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or diet program, especially if you have a health condition. You train at your own risk and should stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
3a. Requirements
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your account confidential.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for illegal activities, try to access other users’ data, interfere with the service, reverse-engineer it, or copy or redistribute its content. The photos you upload are yours and we only use them to provide the service; you warrant that you have the right to upload them.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text, training plan and images belong to LCK Ecommerce SL or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it.
6. Your account and data
You can delete your account and all your data from the app (Profile → Delete my account) or by following the instructions on this page. We process your data under the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may update the app and these terms; if a change is material, we will tell you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for injuries arising from improper use of the program. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives consumers or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. As a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence. You can contact us at info@reset90.app.
In addition, use of the app on iOS is subject to Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement.
